The Chair of Sustainability Management conducts research on corporate sustainability strategy, governance, and transformation. Our work addresses topics of the planetary boundaries including biodiversity loss, climate change, pollution, and land use change and the role of business in addressing these challenges. We study socio-psychological dynamics of corporate leaders such as CEOs and board directors and executives, as well as strategic decision making, governance mechanisms, communication, reporting and disclosure, and collaborations with stakeholders and the supply network.
