Public Farewell Lecture by Thomas Dyllick The public farewell lecture will take place on 13.11.2018, 18 - 20 hrs, in the Auditorium Maximum of the HSG. At the end of autumn semester 2019, Prof. Dr. Thomas Dyllick - co-founder and managing director of the IWÖ-HSG - will retire. On November 13, 2018 he will give his farewell lecture at HSG, speaking about "The business of business is ...?". (in German). This marks the end of a long career at HSG. Since 1974Thomas Dyllick spent his entire professional life at this university with only a few interruptions. He was a student, doctoral student, post-doctoral student, full-time lecturer, assistant professor, associate professor, full professor, then department head (dean), prorector and now professor again. He founded the IWÖ together with Hans Christoph Binswanger in 1992 and has been its Managing Director ever since. From 2011 on he has also been delegate of the Rectorate for Responsibility and Sustainability at the HSG. The public farewell lecture will take place on 13.11.2018, 18 - 20 hrs, in the Auditorium Maximum of the HSG (09-010) (followed by an aperitif).
